Rome is the perfect city to visit at any time of the year and offers its visitors a multitude of cultural events, from permanent exhibitions, to numerous museums, galleries and theatres that exhibit works of art ranging from antiquity to the present day: from the Capitoline and Vatican Museums to Galleria Borghese and Galleria Doria Pamphili, from the Quirinale Museum, to the National Gallery of Modern Art and to the Macro, to the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, to the Opera House, the National Academy of Santa Cecilia, the Brancaccio Theater and the Sistina Theater, the Eliseo Theater and the summer Globe Theater in Villa Borghese.

Activities & Sights
Visit to Imperial Rome: from the Colosseum to the Imperial Forums, the Domus Aurea, the Pantheon, the Baths of Caracalla and the Circus Maximus. Time seems to stand still: a simple walk through the streets of the city becomes a real immersion in the past. Underground Rome: in the bowels of the city are hidden narrow and intricate tunnels, still functioning aqueducts, frescoes and sarcophagi, rich patrician houses including Nero's Domus Aurea and ancient Christian places of worship such as the well-known catacomb of San Sebastiano.
Visit to Papal Rome:
the Vatican, the basilicas of San Giovanni in Laterano, Santa Maria Maggiore, Castel Sant’Angelo, San Paolo Fuori le Mura and the Catacombs.
San Pietro, the largest of the basilicas, the result of the work of great artists such as Bramante, Michelangelo, Bernini. Here a visit to the Vatican Museums is a must, inside which, in the Sistine Chapel, there is the immense fresco by Michelangelo which dominates the viewer from above.
Visit to Rome of the squares and fountains:
How can we forget the Trevi Fountain, in Piazza di Spagna the Barcaccia fountain and the monumental Spanish Steps?
Piazza Navona, dominated by the imposing Doria Pamphili palace and the splendid Church of Santa Agnese and the Fountain of the Four Rivers. And for those who cannot resist the temptation of shopping and the charm of high fashion, a visit to the elegant Via Condotti, a few steps from the Spanish Steps.
Visit to the Rome of the Villas and Parks:
City among the richest in the world of green spaces, villas and magnificent parks, Rome offers many opportunities to immerse yourself in nature: Villa Borghese, Villa Torlonia, Villa Aida, Villa Pamphili and the Celio Park. If the city gardens were not enough, there are a hundred National and Natural Parks, protected Reserves and Oasis to choose from: in close symbiosis with nature, they are suitable for anyone who wants to explore the area away from the stress and confusion of everyday life.
Visit to the Castelli Romani:
Traditional outing of the Romans, the Castles are the ideal destination to find refreshment from the summer heat by immersing yourself in nature: Tivoli, Unesco heritage and renowned spa resort, Frascati, Grottaferrata, Marino, Rocca di Papa, Albano Laziale, Nemi and Velletri up to the village of Castel Gandolfo, once the summer residence of popes and Roman nobility, they are the ideal destination to discover the food and wine tradition of the area by stopping at the famous "fraschette".
Visit to the Dream Factory:
A few metro stops from the centre of Rome, Cinecittà: unforgettable pages of Italian and international cinema have been written in its sets, masterpieces that have made generations of spectators of all ages and backgrounds excited. Every autumn the acclaimed international film festival that takes place between the Parco della Musica auditorium and other city places, hosts projections, meetings, events, exhibitions, installations, conferences and debates transforming the structure, designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano, into one of the most anticipated red carpets in the world.

Rome is easily accessible by any means and from any part of Italy: it is possible to choose between two railway stations, Termini and Tiburtina, and two airports, Fiumicino and Ciampino and a dense underground network that connects every part of the city to the historic centre. In the picturesque district of Sant'Angelo rises - city within the city - the Jewish ghetto of Rome: today one of the most culturally lively areas of the city, an unmissable place for all food and wine enthusiasts. Here, renowned restaurants offer, in addition to traditional kosher dishes, delicacies of the Jewish-Roman cuisine such as the famous "artichokes alla giudia".
